Keep bottles, clothes, and the baby’s area clean and hygienic, record feeding, sleep, and diaper times, and give a gentle bath if scheduled. At night, continue with feeding every 3–4 hours, ensuring the baby is comforted, safe, and put back to sleep, while updating parents regularly on the baby’s progress.
