5 years with a Thai family.

In my past experience, took care daily routine of elderly, bedridden patients, and high blood pressure, prepared food, prepared medicine, feed, helped to take a bath, helped to take a walk, such as a measure blood pressure, measure blood sugar level, measure vital signs, slept with them, did household chores, laundry, ironing, and cooked for the patients.
